CNE is a great dental practice. All of the people I have encountered are very professional. My only problem, as I am new to this office, is paying for services up front instead of being billed after the insurance has paid. I had to pay up front for fillings for my children which is fine. However, after receiving the explanation of benefits from my dental insurance, I knew I was over charged. I understand that they are estimating the cost based on what they anticipate to receive from the insurance company. However, here is the problem that needs to be corrected, I have a credit balance of $93. The only reason I know of the credit is I asked for them to look up my account. I never received a statement showing I had a credit. I asked for a refund check in July which I still have not received. Upon checking today, I was informed that they would check on that for me and was explained that in order to get the refund, it needs to be approved by 3 people first. I think that office policy is absolutely ridiculous and needs to be changed. If I over paid, and I am now owed money back, why does it need to be approved by 3 people before my money is refunded to me?

That is extremely poor customer service. Now, I am not going broke waiting for the refund, but it is the principle of not receiving the refund in a timely manner when one has over paid for services.

Clean, and complete professionals. They do a great job of showing and explaining what needs to be done and why. They actually make going to the dentist not suck so much.

All of the staff you got to love them nice courteous professional. And it really doesn't look like a dentist office when you the building.

I can't stress enough how wonderful this office is. Staff is soo friendly, professional and will go over the top to help in any way they can. I always get a call the day after a procedure to see how I'm doing. Dr. Bedi is professional, comforting, down to earth and well organized. I never feel rushed when I have questions. He's very thorough and dedicated to his patients. I Honestly don't know how this office could be better.

The staff is very nice and they all made me feel comfortable! Excellent at guiding you through process of what needs to be done
