Business practices are poor and they are completely unaccommodating to their customers. When they screw up a delivery they avoid you unless you call persistently. Even when you do get a problem resolved it will likely not be satisfactory. Don't bother leaving voicemails nor written messages. You WILL NOT receive a call back. Best of luck to this store. My experience was much less than "amazing." Oh, 1 star for the experience, one star for prices.

Even when you do get a problem resolved it will likely not be satisfactory. We payed good money for a bed. We found a draw broken 100% on side and re-glued we payed full price not scratch & dent! Then look over hole bed found all main bed frames creaked when they over tighten the screws on all 4 sides. They would not do a thing to make it right I keep looking @ how the bed was made I found it worse then Bobs Furniture!
