Pools & Cues & Spas, Too was recommended to us by our contractor. We were impressed right from the start. Erin was knowledgeable, helpful, and fun. We were treated like long time customers even before we purchased our spa. From delivery to the lesson on how to treat the water, we were very happy with the friendly service we were provided.

They sell dart boards darts and have a good selection. You can practice on the board they have before you purchase that set of darts. Helpful staff and they of course have an amazing selection of pool table related items and swimming pools.
Came back from vacation to find our hot tub on the fritz. Called Pools & Cues & Spas Too and got a txt back from Jon, their spa tech within a day. Jon came over the next day to take a look at the innards and decided to take a suspect board back to his office to inspect. Jon told us he'd have an answer within a week. We gave Jon 2 weeks before we contacted him again to see what was going on, he'd give us an excuse and tell us that it's going to be another week, another week, another week. We played this game with him for nearly 2 MONTHS with little contact while our hot tub slowly rotted away from being gutted and inoperable. Jon finally decided to order the part needed and decided that if he didnt install it NOW, he informed us that it would take another week or so before he could "be in the area again" so he him let himself into our back yard while we were at work. Which I was NOT comfortable with considering how unprofessional he's been. 2 months and a ridiculous $700 later I now have my hot tub back but will NEVER use this service again nor will any of my friends or family in the area.
Horrible experience!
I called these guys on a Tuesday looking for quotes to move a pool table from one house to another on Thursday of the same week. They had me email them a picture of the table and some other information which I sent them immediately. After not hearing back from them the rest of the day I called them on Wednesday and they said they needed someone to look at it and they would call me. No one called me back so I had to call them again on Thursday, the day of the move. They informed me that they could indeed move the table but not on that day. Since we had sold our house and had to be out on Friday this left me stranded with no way to move the pool table. I ended up having to give it away to the people who bought the house since I couldn't move it in time. This could've been easily avoided if they had told me they didn't have any availability to move the pool table when I needed it moved during the first phone call instead of making me wait for days. The customer service is absolutely atrocious. Avoid at all costs.
