A first class salon! Vanessa has given me my Best Ever color and cut as well as hair treaments that have made my hair the healthiest it's ever been! I won't go anywhere else!

I recently found a YouTube video of a shaved undercut Bob and loved it! After being unable to get an appointment with my normal hairdresser I went to the mall in search of someone who could give me what I wanted. I was greeted by the manger of the salon and she confidently attempted my request. Everyone in the salon were very pleasant and I enjoyed the feedback as the manger completed my hair cut! She was able to fit me in very quickly unlike another salon on the other side of the mall. I would have given 5 stars but it was a bit pricey to what I'm use to. Not a compliant though I would gladly return for my future haircuts! I absolutely loved how my hair came out! Super cute glad she took that risk when other stylist turned me away!
I visited this salon a couple of months ago as a walk-in for a trim but was completely disgusted with the service I received. When I arrived I was told to wait while the receptionist called the hair stylist who was shopping at the nearby Sears. The stylist was visibly upset that I had interrupted her shopping trip and shuttled me into her chair without introducing herself. The entire experience was extremely uncomfortable as she was very rough with my hair and throwing brushes on her countertop. I was not given an opportunity to explain what I wanted, hear what she was doing, or inspect the job after it was performed...and this woman was categorized as one of their advanced stylists. While I realize that this is a "mall hair salon," I believe that a modicum of common courtesy is not an unreasonable expectation.
