Hands down the best tile source in central MA. Extremely professional, friendly, attentive and knowledgeable staff. Tile selection was unparalleled compared to other shops in Worcester county. They can help you find an elite professional to contract for your project, or give the DIY'er the advice you need to succeed at the project. I cannot comment on their carpet or hardwood flooring as I did not use them for that.
