Need to carry insurance based upon your selection of value of items being stored. This is a separate fee from the storage fee, and is charged monthly.
There is a one time administration fee which is reasonable, especially considering I was able to get a first month free option (did not need to commit to any number of months for first month free; however, there was language on the website that for the 2 months free option, you needed to plan for a minimum of 6 months, with the first and last months being your free months).
Easy access to storage area. I initially reserved a space via website/telephone, and the space was further explained upon my arrival to the storage facility to ensure I understood what was being purchased. They also give the option of viewing the space before committing to it. Process was clearly explained, some things to note if using in Massachusetts:
