The service team was super accommodating (as always) and made sure they communicated with me thru the maintenance service and a leak. I called ahead for my service and a repair. The staff made sure they had the parts on hand and made very specific notes in the system. My bike was also picked up after the service/repair by an independent bike hauler to be shipped to Daytona, Florida. The team made sure my bike was ready to go on time and ensured me that she would be on the hauler (I currently live in Albany, NY). I received a phone call when the hauler showed up and they made sure I knew that she would be loaded up shortly.
Do not trust Sheldon's! They play up to you just to make a sale. It was my first bike and a Harley Davidson so I was pretty excited. That is to I had to deal with their service department. The female service manager is rude and lies. I should have listened to my friends who said their service department has a bad rep. Not only that but being a naïve first time buyer I didn't notice the bike had no front turn signals and so I had to take it elsewhere to have them put on. I mean how can you send someone home on an unsafe motorcycle?! They also opened up a savings account in my name with the bank my loan is with so they could make the sale! Without my knowledge until I got a letter saying thank you for opening up a savings account! Which is against the law! Oh and I should mention they sell their used bike for almost twice the book value! Buyers beware! Especially new buyers who think they can trust Sheldon's. From now on I'll go to Boston Harley Davidson.
Drove almost two hours to this dealership due to all my local dealers giving me poor service. This dealership did not disappoint. Was treated with respect, wasn't pushed on anything, an salesman/sales manager made sure I saw exactly what I wanted before committing. This the kind of service people strive for. I Just purchased my new CVO Pro Street Breakout from them and had the best experience ever. Sam my sale assistant,Mike the GM and Ken the finance Manager went above and beyond to help me with the purchase. They had the bike ready the same day with my plates done,the bike all clean up and went over all the options on my new bike. I recommend them to anyone looking to purchase their Motorcycle. I took the Rider's Edge course at Sheldon's 12 years ago and have been buying parts and gear from them ever since. Although I haven't bought a bike from them yet, I won't hesitate to when the time comes. It's a really friendly place with a great reputation around Worcester. It's also one of the few dealerships I know of that regularly allows test rides and rents Harleys. I know I never buy a bike without riding it first; they seem to know that too :)
