Ruby is THE BEST! I went to her for years. I moved an hour away & I could cry because I’ve never had anyone before or after come close to her skills. She’s truly amazing! To say the least! My only complaint is that the employees always look miserable, not personable & they don’t make any effort in keeping clients. Maybe they’re all jealous because Ruby gets all the customers:)

My wife needed a hair salon, since her regular hairdresser was closed. The place is in the mall, very conveniently located next to Macys. My wife was really pleased with the service and the quality of work. The owner Jacques was a gentleman and really made her day. She looked more beautiful and the best part is, we were on time for our dinner.
The only place that knows how to do my eyebrows correctly. But unfortunately, I live over an hour from this place now, so I am on the hunt for just as good of a place!
It was terrible. I was waiting in line to get my eye brows done and was told there was one person in front of me. Then someone came in and asked for a specific person to do her eye brows. So they let her cut in front of me and told me it would be less then a minute until the next girl was ready to do mine. Well almost 10 minutes later I was still waiting. I was told they were trying to make it go faster for everyone. So by making me wait 10 more minutes that made it go faster for everyone, right? I was not offered an apology or complimentary service until I complained further. Well they've lost my business forever.
