My entire family gets there hair done at Untamed. Such a fabulous place, every stylist is well trained and capable. We have been going to Jen for 10 years. We have also had service from Amy as well, all are fantastic. I will never go anywhere else!!!!
I went to the salon once and never went back. The first time I called to make an appointment and explained that I had never been to the salon, the woman who answered was not personable at all. I had my hair trimmed and foiled. The stylist was very nice, but my hair was uneven. When I called to reschedule my upcoming appointment, once again I got a not-so-friendly attitude on the other end. She asked what I needed and that she would have to call me back. All I wanted was to reschedule. A few hours had passed and I still hadn't heard back, so I called again. The same woman said she was just about to call me back. I am sorry, but with that many stylists there and if you want to keep business, you politely ask to call them back and actually do that. I would not reccomend this salon to anyone. Customer service is huge to me and so are friendly people, and this salon just isn't right place for that.

I've been coming to Untamed for YEARS! I've had som horrible hair experiences in the past so it's nice coming to Untamed knowing I'll be leaving looking great! Which is a plus because I'm constantly drastically changing my hair. There always up for the challenge here! I also love them, because they really do care about the health of your hair instead of just money in there pocket. I would recommend this salon to anyone.
