Very poor customer service, I like to use local businesses to help. But I do not recommend this company to no buddy. Very rude people!!!!
Very frustrated with this company. My family rented a car here and it was swapped out A LOT for the car having a issues. This last swap out was because the car wouldn't start!! Most of the cars when we would get in smelled like weed. Granted now it's legal in MA, but a week ago it wasn't and my daughter went to school and was scarred when they had a lockdown and the drug dogs came in as she knew she rode to school in 'the weed mobile' as she calls it.
Good service was able to use cash which helped a lot! Would use and recommend.
Love them they are great people will rent from them when need be
