I was very pleased with the service and attention received at this Avis location in Auburn MA. It is currently under new management and the new manager of the place (Kalan Edwards) was very professional, friendly and went the extra mile to ensure that all questions were properly answered. I made my reservation online and this simplified the process since it ensured that all selected options, as well as related charges, were covered as expected. In a fast paced world its still possible to find a good business where a customer is treated with politeness, honesty and respect. I will definitely go back again for my next car rental.
