Had some issues originally with installing a bed cover but ever since then it's been all good things from the service department. Can be a long wait but to be expected. Nice people there. Three different employees approached to welcome while I waited in the bay with my truck. The truck itself is spectacular. Loving the Colorado z71 package.

Love my "new" used car. Fran Daviau took the time to listen to what I needed in a vehicle and found a perfect match. He kept me updated throughout the purchasing and prep work process. He even came to my house and picked me up when the car was ready to be driven home!
Dash board kept going out, various warnings kept getting displayed. Last night after shutting it off to get my kids from school, the car was dead. Couldn’t even jump it this time, so had it towed to a local Cadillac dealer. Contacted Diamond, and they said we’d have to tow it there, and we’d have to pay for the labor to fix it. They’d pick up the cost of the parts. A 2 week old car that has a seized motor starter is my issue? They were nice enough to comment that I had the battery replaced and couldn’t be sure that wasn’t the issue. So now I find myself paying a $1000 dollars out of my pocket to fix the car. After a heated conversation they agreed if we paid to tow it 120+ miles to them they would fix it on their dime so we wouldn’t blast them on social media. No thank you sir. You will be hearing a lot more from me. I love social media. Never ever buy a used car from them. They do not stand behind their vehicles. Shady business at best.

I purchased a pre-owned vehicle 2 1/2 weeks ago. When I was there to test drive it, it was dead and needed to be jumped. Assuming it had just been on the lot for a while didn’t think much of it. Picked it up and drove it home, and wouldn’t start less than an hour after shutting it off. We let the sales guy know, and said we’d keep him posted as something wasn’t right. Hard starting each time, we replaced the battery on our own dime.
