Nice people great working with . Jim Leslie my sales person really knows cars. Pricing strategy is not ideal for me leaving little room for negotiation. Would have given 5 stars but I felt trade in was a bit too low.
Shopping for vehicles can be quite stressful. So to eliminate the migraines you get while spending a day looking for a new one, just go to Prime Ford in Auburn first. I promise you..................you will NOT go anywhere else. After shopping at two of the largest dealerships in the area, we stopped at Prime to check out their inventory. They have without a doubt, more to choose from than the other two combined. And to top it off, they have the best deals. Unlike the other two dealerships, we were able to go in, look over all the vehicles, choose a couple that we were interested in and then dealt with the salesman for 4 days before we made our final choice. Not once did they pressure us to make a deal, and they were fantastic on helping us get as many rebates as possible.

We bought a 2017 F150 Lariat and we did our shopping to ensure we could get the best deal. The prices we received from other dealerships, for lesser of a vehicle than what we bought, was thousands more than what we paid.

This place has gone down hill after changing ownership for the 3rd time. Prime is the worst of all of them. The service department has jerked me around quite a bit. They told my wife they wanted 350$ for front brakes. I did the work myself to find that they weren't even at half life. Then on a separate occasion I asked them to check my car out, they said it was fine and I later determined that it needed maintenance since it kept making the same noise. I stopped taking cars here. Their sales team is pretty typical.
Went to look at a used F250. Salesman was pleasant and I was ready to move on the truck until I asked about negotiation on the price. I was flat out told no drop in price. I said thank you and walked out. I was then followed out by Josh, the sales manager, and he argued with me in the parking lot about how competitive his prices were. So competitive they priced themselves out of a sale. This was my second experience with a prime dealership and the other was also less than pleasant, I'd avoid and go elsewhere.
